Not the question I ask, but the response I expected.

Auto braking seems like a reasonable and common sense regulation. That being said, Biden/Dems had nearly two years of control of the Presidency and Congress to put auto braking regs into law. They didn't. Did Buttigieg ever once lobby for it?

It would not have prevented what happened in this case or the one where a truck and train collision happened. STOP just Stop. It was over loaded and had an axel failure. It was a domino effect.

Well we do not know if it was a break issue or an axel issue that caused the derailent, your question is as valid as my response.

Not really, I was asking if you would want the breaking if the train was traveling through your family neighborhood. That's it.

Carol Siemon was the DA who reduced the sentence of the MSU shooter, it appears through my looking at this it was done in the name of " racial equality"

Here's a question can we as parents bring a lawsuit against her for negligence?

I would say go for it, just like ignorance of the law, ethnicity is not an excuse for breaking it or for receiving leniency.

We have tough gun laws all over this country. Yet those that scream and cry the most about guns, enforce those laws the least. It's wild.

'Complete embarrassment:' Buttigieg blasted for touting 'rail safety,' blaming Trump for Ohio train derailment
One commentator called Buttigieg a 'complete embarrassment' and said he 'would have been fired' in the private sector

So how long do you give your local rep to reply to an email? I would hate to go to the local hardware Saturday morning and ask questions about this freshman rep.

is your states AG on this list... if not they should be

State AGs Put Biden on Notice Over Call for 'Unconstitutional' Gun Ban

attorneys general from Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, New Hampshire, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, and Wyoming — slammed Biden for his "irresponsible and unconstitutional demand that Congress ban firearms commonly used by law-abiding Americans for self-defense."

"Anti-gun politicians like [Biden] use the misleading label of "assault weapon" to scare Americans—expecting us to endorse your efforts to criminalize law-abiding gun owners. We also know that your personal definition of “assault weapons” is staggeringly broad—encompassing all semiautomatic weapons—which are the most common and effective self-defense weapons in use today, employed by over 100 million Americans to defend their homes and families...

According to estimates by the National Shooting Sports Foundation, there are at least 100 million semiautomatic handguns in theUnited States, the vast majority of which are lawfully possessed by law-abidingAmericans exercising their God-given right of self-defense. A semi-automatic pistol is the self-defense weapon of choice for the overwhelming majority of law-abiding gun owners. Moreover, Americans possess an estimated 45 million lawfully owned semiautomatic rifles in the United States. Thus, when Americans hear that you plan to come after our so-called “assault weapons,” we brace ourselves for an attack on ordinary, safe, and highly effective weapons commonly used for self and home defense by over 100 million Americans...

According to your own CDC, Americans use guns to protect themselves and their families up to 3 million times per year, if not more—far more often than guns are used in crimes, and far, far more often than guns injure people."

At least that's an answer, and you had the balls to say you just won't answer.

Your question should cars that haul hazardous materials be required to have automatic breaks. Believe it or not no. The train was made of many cars not all had hazzardous material in them. In theory if there is a failure and automatic breaks were applied to that car, there is no way in hell 1 car will stop the train and with the lock up cause the situation to get worse.

My point is you do not know enough about trains to ask an intelligent question about trains. That is why answering your question was pointless. I love it.

I remember when you were told that your kids could not play school sports for social health reasons. (Covid). You gathered up the pitchforks and torches and marched on the state capitol. You want a Dr. to tell you that you can't own a gun? Any Doctor in particular, or can we each choose our own gun Doctor? How often would I need to pass a gun physical to keep my guns?

Doctors to judge us for our gun ownership rights?...would be yet another avenue in for the liberals to circumvent the lawmakers in efforts to create their vision of a utopian society. One in which they would like for all the money in this country to pooled up and divided evenly amongst everyone. Then everyone can skip around with their pink hair and non binary attitude while smoking dope.
