    Ahhhhh the truth is trickling out . Train had issues days prior and employees had concerns. Who exactly pushed for a fools burn? Who allowed it to go through and what bank accounts got bigger? Was there a hope that fire would destroy culpability issues?

    Nitric Acid ... can be nasty stuff ... oxidizing agent .... can be used in fertilizer and explosives and as an oxidizer depending on what type of Nitic Acid it is ... its used at the plant where I'm head of security ...

    What's funny no one has answered my simple question. Is having a regulation for controlled breaks to help prevent what happens a bad regulation?

    Let's ask it this way since no one still cannot answer it.

    If a train carrying hazardous material is trucking through your neighborhood, you have two choices one with controlled breaking and one without, which one do you want?
