Ahhhhh the truth is trickling out . Train had issues days prior and employees had concerns. Who exactly pushed for a fools burn? Who allowed it to go through and what bank accounts got bigger? Was there a hope that fire would destroy culpability issues?

Let's ask it this way since no one still cannot answer it. If a train carrying hazardous material is trucking through your neighborhood, you have two choices one with controlled breaking and one without, which one do you want?
