this pot today is not what was smoked back in the '60/'70's ... THC content is much much much higher ... good old Columbian Red was around 3-4% THC content, this stuff today is 18-34% THC content !! .... that makes much harder to stop, and yes there are withdrawals one goes thru if one is a heavy pot smoker ... while there maybe some medicinal use for the stuff (CBD, flower etc), recreational use is truly f'n up many people right now ....
