In some states, up to 70% of the homes use gas stoves. Most cooks prefer gas to electric for cooking. We now have electric, but I much prefer gas for stovetops. The national average is about 38% still using gas. That being said, it just needs a good vent to get the emissions out of the house. Cooking food over any type of heat emits gasses that should be removed from the home. Removing gas stoves from the home does not solve the problem, but the Left knows that.
I wasn't referencing the use of GAS Stoves. I was commenting on the fact gas stoves , other than commercial units, no longer use pilot lighting systems. The article stated the dangers of gas stoves even when not in use,,due to pilot flames. That stopped many,many years ago. BTW Anyone that has seen a melted, yes melt palm of a child or adult as I have would NEVER EVER own an electric stove. My saying this after seeing the windows bow out of 2 different houses and the hair melted on both my brothers and a girl friend face and hair line. Hair grows back and some stupidity can be recoverable.
