nah, we pay extra on our 3o year already and we had a decent down payment- if we're underwater it's b/c the comps suck and the sales commission. Either way, whether we're paying down the mortgage or socking that money away in savings every month when we sell the net effect is the same- throwing money down an ever deepening hole; whether that's bit by bit per month or one lump sum in the end. Really where we are at is how much do we put into the house to get ready to go to market. Finding that balance between spending money to sell quick but not getting the return; vs. not spending money and selling slow and low.
State and local elections are more important than ever. States rights are more important than ever as well. The federal government is like a large company that needs to be broken up from time to time to reduce its power and influence. States rights 2020!
Yeah but I live in Minnesota where most of the people live by the tall buildings screw up the state so bad.
It's like that here as well. 2 counties control our state amd our electoral votes. Cook and East St. Louis, the rest of the state is red
