Well, my rates wouldn't be 0...no less than fed funds rate. And to answer your question, even a loan at 0% is substantial better, IMHO, than handing over 50B+ and never seeing the principal again...Especially since they have in demand (and taxable) natural resources, they have a low likelihood of defaulting.
