Some of the pictures in the story are funny, there is a picture with a gun cabinet with 1 rifle with a scope on it, the rifle is a Gamo pellet rifle. I have always felt very strong about the obligation as a citizen to vote in every election from school bonding to local elections as well. One November I was sent to Pulaski county in Kentucky to a fire on Federal property. We often got called to go on short notice, like next AM. It was too short of notice to get an absentee ballot, we were told that they could not facilitate getting us ballets. Told them if they could get emergency federal funding to fight the fire they could get us ballots to vote as well. Pissed me off. It was Bush vs Gore.
