    OKEE DOKEE
    Fish of your choosing
    plastic microwave bowl
butter or oil or not or whatever you prefere
    cook until white and flaky
add seasoning, lemon juice whatever you like

I tried this because I have never enjoyed anything battered. I used blue gills and bass and it worked perfectly and was very tasty and most. with that, one thing I would do a little different is add the seasoning before you start to cook and save the lemon juice until after its done.:tu:
I think this took 2-4 minutes. I don't really remember i just checked it with a fork until i was satisfied it was flaky and done.

    Sean,
 Don't Nuke plastic, with everything from China...you don't know how pure the plastic is I won't buy my dog anything from ASIA...:hater:
I make a point of using glass always...Corelle to be exact...it just $uck$ when you drop on the Marble floor...

    Try this!
Take a bowl put favorite spice, butter etc. for veggies or nothing at all and then add your veggies put a plate over the top flip it over put water on plate to seal the bowl, Nuke 5-10 minutes (Varys) until the bowl starts to clatter cook for 30-60 seconds longer depending on size of portion.
Then be careful when you remove...plate will have HOT WATER on it so don't get burned!!!!
Pour water into sink and flip it over take the plate off and enjoy!
We do this with Brocolli & Cauliflour all the time.
    Please,
    Bowhunt'n brother
 Don't Nuke plastic especially with oils ie. butter, cooking oil and the like...it just gets way to hot!!!

 They say the plastic emits toxins....especially with high temps!!!! Adding oil gets you there!!!!!
    Believe it!

Being a Bow Hunter I know you like clean FOOD!

    More Columbian Supremo please!
    Thank You,

HAHA I am actually positive I did use a glass bowl, I don't think I even own a plastic microwavable bowl. It just seemed to me that thats something alot of people probably have. anyway if there designed to be microwavable then why not use them in the microwave? are you saying even those give off toxins? or are they just made in china or something else you dont like?

No, All plastics are made of oil... Made in USA,China,Korea,Taiwan etc..etc....
I'm sure there is a reaction going on...
Drink hot Coffee\Tea\Choclate from a plastic cup then try it with a glass\ceramic cup....
    Big diff!
