I havn't, of course my ground sucks over in NY and you pretty much need a jack hammer to break up the soil. If you have some good land to work with I bet it would be that cats ass!
I wouldn't even consider it to be honest. It's much cheaper and you get much better quality stuff to buy seperate components.
X2...how much you looking to spend. There's a used farm machinery place near my home that you could have a "field" day (pun intended ) with the amount of money that you would spend on a plotmaster.
They do work, but honestly only on ground that is ot very rocky or been sun dried hard! pending on where you live, many Gandermountains rent them, so you could try one a day, and see if they work for you. But honestly you will be better off in the long run to buy a used tractor, and old farm equiment, this way you will have the right stuff for everything, from plowing/discing, spraying, mowing, just better money spent in the long run!
Since plotmaster started working with John Deere they've made some design changes that have really beefed up the thing. It'll cut some pretty hard ground now and do a whole lot of other stuff too. One place a plotmaster beats a tractor for sure and that's for small, tight spots in the woods. If you can get some little half acre places planted way back in the boondocks you WILL SEE mature bucks in daylight hours. It's one of our main strategies for killing good bucks every year. Plotmaster will do that job better than anything out there.
