    is it to late to plant a food lot, what shuld i plant if its not

    I don't know alot about food plots but a friend of mine just planted some turnips a.nd some wheat or barley

    If you're in Mississippi you have plenty of growing time left. You can plant just about anything you want. Turnips, Radishes, wheat, oats, rye, clover, or any of the fall mixes.
