I have a old bear compound bow with cobra brass sights and I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to sight it in and what I might need to add to my bow THANK YOU
My advise would be take off all but one of those things on the sights ( leave the red dot ) and get it shooting tight at 20 yards. Good luck man.
Yea I was jus practicing how to tie it until I learn more about where to place it and about where would be a good spot to put the sight for the first shot
Modern sights have some advantages, but they will still need the same tuning your Cobra sight needs. It just may be easier access to the pins. It’s not because your a beginner; we all have to do the same tuning. Start with one pin, like Fix mentioned. Add a new one once you get the 20 yarder dialed in. Hang in there, you will get it working. Sent from my iPad using Bowhunting.com Forums
