I'll get struck down for this, but Kanye would put on a hell of a show.

Remember, the halftime show is probably about 75% about the show, not the music. And while the BEPs sounded horrible (especially Fergie), I thought the lights were cool. I like pretty lights.

Damn, didn't realize this thread would get this much traffic. Yahoo said it was the WORST Super Bowl Halftime show EVER!!!! That's probably about where I'd have rated it. Though they usually AREN'T very good, this one was certainly one of the WORST!!! The commercials were sub-par for what we'd usually expect, but it was one HECK of a game, right down to the end, it was a toss-up on who might win. Aaron Rodgers can now put his name in with the ELITE QB's, and McCarthy can likewise put his name with the ELITE Coaches in the game. Losing so many players over the season, and being able to keep plugging in new guys from wherever they may have found them and get them to play at a HIGH level was quite a feat, and one that SHOULD be recognized by the fans of the game, whether they were rooting for Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Oakland, or whoever, what they accomplished in Green Bay in the face of great adversity is to be revered by fans of the game!!!

 

Well I'm not going to comment on his music because obviously that is a subjective opinion, but I'm quite certain that Eminem would be the most boring Super Bowl halftime show ever.

Eminem is usually somewhat minimal with his shows. Usually just him in a hoody, rapping his little tormented heart away.
