I just want to give a good word out to Plano. I have two Plano bow cases. I lost a latch on one and broke a strap on my other one. I emailed them and asked what it would cost to replace the items. They sent them to me at no charge. I was very pleasantly surprised. One of the best customer service I have ever had.
Nice I was looking into them... I just dont want a case that looks like a bow... that's good news tho sounds to me they back there products up.
