All the Bone Collector does for the case is jack up the price and put money in Michael Waddells pockets. Seems to be a decent case though.

I have the same case in non bone collector.

I see no need to pay extra just for a goofy decal.

The case is quite heavy, but super durable. I put my bow in the back of the truck; and it endures sun, rain, dust and wind. My bow is always well protected. It has been squished, and had firewood thrown on top of it as well, still protects my bow.

One of the latches broke a couple months ago. I called up Plano to order a new one, and they just sent me a new one free of charge. The lady I talked to on the phone was really nice too.

It is a good case, I am very happy with it. I will continue to do business with them.

I too just got the non-BC version. She's sturdy for sure!

The top one is the one you want. The key word is "All Weather". The others are pretty flimsy, and not nearly as durable.

You should be able to find it somewhere near $100 on the net. I got mine for right at that with a coupon to either Cabelas or Bass Pro (it's been 3 years, I can't exactly remember) My buddy scored his on Amazon during a sale, and got it delivered to his door for under $100

Use the part # in your searches (108110 All Weather Bow Case) http://www.planomolding.com/product.php?PID=871

If money were no object, I'd go with the bombproof SKB case. It is awesome, but a bit cost prohibitive right now: http://www.skbcases.com/sports/sku.php?cat=12&pid=2

I can actually get that SKB case at a considerable discount through a friend, its just shipping it over here ends up costing so dang much. Thats why im thinking about a single bowcase.

so basically the difference between the bone collector and the AW bow case is the bone collector logo and $14?

ANyone know how much it would cost to USPS or FEDEX
48" x 20.75" x 7.5" package at 20 lbs? getting conflicting weight numbers on the websites.

I believe with a bow and all the arrows etc, should be 30lbs.

Can anyone who owns this case comment on the weight? I see people complaining about the weight, sure its 20lbs compared to the skb 10lbs, but do those 10lbs make a difference?

Well while all you willy wonkers were working or whatever it is you guys do, I went ahead and purchased it. Will let you know how it turns out. Biggest thing that drew me to it, All Weather. People say its heavy but really, 25-30lbs fully loaded?

Yea, only downside is that if you ship it enough tiimes, the price of shipping may make up for a lighter more expensive box. The nearest thing I found was the SKB case which was like $233 but even that one was also ~20lbs. Everything else wasn't all weather or that great.

It really is heavy but it is tough...I got it last year for a new bow I really wanted to 'protect' and would've bought the non bone collector if I'd known about it. I too had to replace a latch and they sent a new one quickly...lesson learned? Don't force it closed unless the latches are not in between.

The non bone collector is more expensive right now.
