So my brother picked up a PSE Mossy Oak X for my dad this spring. Pretty sweet looking bow. Dad ordered all new accessories for it, which I've installed for him. He's had a busy summer, so he hasn't shot it much, but yesterday he tried it out...

I watched him draw back, past his ear:confused: Apparently my brother got him a bow that had a 30" DL module:mad:. Now, the modules are interchangeable, which is sweet, so we can get him one for 28", but here's what sucks. We can't get one sent to us. It has to go through an Authorized PSE dealer, and the closest one is 2 hrs away in Duluth!

So, the Old Man is going to have to drive 2hrs, watch some punk at Gander spend 90 seconds swapping out the module, and then drive 2 hrs back home.... what a PITA!

That'll teach him to let my brother pick out his bow.....:p

Now that is a PITA! Hopefully he can use the trip to shop a little bit at Gander to pick up some nice things along with correcting his bow.

Did you talk to anyone at PSE about that? They're usually pretty good about helping you out in cases like that. Then again, where I'm at there isn't even the option of going 2 hours unless it's in a jet since we're on an island in the middle of nowhere they may be more lenient with us... PM Will (iamyourhuckleberry) and see if he can do something for you. I think he's in pretty good with PSE.

Bummer Fitz, at least you got things figured out and any excuse to go to Gander is a good excuse. When I go to Gander I always look around for God because I think I must be in heaven! Good luck this season! I'll have to find out where you live so we can meet when I'm up in Nov.

That's what's funny, usually my brother is on top of his game... of course, four kids 6 & under can knock you off that awful quick:eek:

Go to the Northernair link in my signature, that's where you'll find me... well, actually, you'll find me in the woods near Northernair:D

    I'm a dumb arse!!!!

Got a call from my dad today, he stopped at a Gander on his way back from the Twin Cities today. They had the module in stock, so it's all good.... BUT, I just found them for sale here!!! That's right, I could have just ordered it from BH.com.

.... I'm going to go cry now, I should have known not to underestimate the AWSOMENESS of BH.com!
