This is the strange racked buck I killed last year. There was another one similar, and a bit bigger. I don't know if this pic is the one from last year, or an offspring. These guys are promising.
That one looking away is at my brother in law's. I've not hunted there in the past. That deer has some potential. The other's are on my father in law's. Disappointed with my other place near Mammoth Cave where I've had good bucks in the past. Only one "decent" buck so far, but it is still early.
Those are the almost one of a kind bucks that I love to find. They may not score as a trophy deer but they are something that almost no one else can shoot as far as a standard rack.
