    It's what I call a turkey slide, birds fly down from the roost in this saddle into the field at first light the after a short while they work back up the slide to the top of the ridge to strut. Same spot every year last season I took both toms in this spot and never made a single call. There nothing random just 15 years of hunting this ridge.
