Oh no, he's got a g,gg,g gun in the bowhunting forum. Well, when you have teens who are not really into bowhunting, you have to get em however you can. Broke out the .06 this AM and downed this bad boy. Enjoy. (Or not):D[IMG]

I figured it was a Remington... very nice gun. I used a custom 700 30-06 that was set in a custom green laminated full thumb hole stock several years ago... shot a nice little 7 point with it. It was a sweet gun and I was supposed to have one "like that" made up for a b-day present... needless to say I was disappointed when the gun I recieved was a standard brown laminated stock .280 built on a Mauser action (probablly the least hunter friendly action).

Yeah, I bought the .06 back about 7 yrs ago and killed a doe, a 7 point and a bobcat with it. Got into bow hunting and now the only time it is out of the case is when I take my kids hunting with me. Good shooting little gun though. Nothing fancy about mine. Just Synthetic fore and stock assembly and black matte finish.

Nice work Bobby! The other white meat! You can however keep the pickled lips. I'll have the BBQ!
