    It's also truly frustrating to see how many good budget phones are unable to be able to be used on Verizon because they use CDMA still. I don't want or need a $500+ smartphone, and most of Verizon's sub $300 approved phones are almost two years old as is whether you buy it through them or unlocked third party.

    I had Verizon for years. Cut it off and went to Tracfone. Unlimited talk & text and 5gb. Of data for $45 a month. Works just like my Verizon here.
