I bought a portable charger off of ebay pretty cheap and it charges my phone in about a hour.

Thanks for sharing all the info guys! I need to get one of these for my hunt in Minnesota. It's always roaming, and my battery drains fast!

I have a Solio solar charger/recharging seal. It charges my Iphone 3 times if needed and also. Recharges off the sun. It takes 6-8 hrs to recharge off the sun or 4 hrs to recharge off the wall. It's pretty sweet for camping/ 4 day hunts.

i got mine last week and took it with me. i gave it a full charge before i left the house friday. i inadvertently left my wall charger at the house so the rav was all i had. i charged my phone 3 times from about 20% (Galaxy S4) and the rav still has 1 light still on so i'm assuming i could get another decent charge out of it. so far im happy with it!

I just picked up this one at Bestbuy on sale for $40. Used it on Saturday, works like a charm.
What I like about it is I don't have to drag a cord around.

I like that as well... How many charges could you get out of it?

Good question, I would think a few, but really don't know. I only need mine for a days use, as I can always recharge it every night.

And I jinxed it. It has crapped out or something. Won't charge my phone anymore, all day in the woods my phone kept going into power shutdown, red battery, yet it had 56% charge left. Bought it back in April but Satechi only offers a 30 day warranty/exchange/refund but Amazon being the top notch customer service they are is issuing a full refund and 1 day shipping I I want something else.

Now to figure out which one to get, my vacation and all day sits start Friday

Decided to break down and order one myself considering my vacation starts Thursday and will consist of 9 all day sits or less if I tag out. This should do good charging my phone and gopro.
