Ingredients 1.5 - 2 lbs. venison sirloin roast, shaved 1 large onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 1/2 clove fresh garlic, sliced thin 6 sub rolls 1/4 C. olive oil 1/2 lb. American cheese 1. In a large frying pan saute on low heat garlic, onions and, peppers in olive oil. 2. Put rolls on cookie sheet and bake on 400* until toasty 3. Get the pan hot (med. high) and add shaved venison sirloin. (Be sure the venison is frying and not boiling. You may have to turn the temp up to keep it sizzling). 4. Stir constantly until venison is done to your liking. 5. Add cheese and stir. 6. Serve hot on toasty buns If you're fortunate enough to have a meat slicer it's the best thing to use.
