People always seem to think peta just gets on hunters nerves look what they actually do for animals... PETA Kills Animals I think every hunter should take a quick look at this. This should be a sticky on every hunting site.
You are assuming that PETA members are logical and will feel shame, they have an agenda and they do not concern themselves with others rights.
That's what is truly scary about extreme groups like that. Members seem like they have no common sense the just jump on the bandwagon to make them feel good about themselves
You know how you can tell if someone is a PETA member? You don't have to be able to tell they will tell you they are within 5 minutes of meeting them.
I have a sister who is not a PETA member but is somewhat of a cityiot, she can grasp that we butcher chickens but she does not get killing and eating a deer, only because of the method used to kill the animal. If I jumped out of a tree with a meat cleaver and cut the deers head off that would be acceptable but putting an arrow thru a deer is cruel?
Yea i see that alot. People nowadays are so disconnected from they food they eat. If people seen how some animals are raised and butchered for mass market i think we would have alot more people supporting ethical hunting. Do not give anyone who is part of these groups like PETA or HSUS any time of day. They are idiots plain and simple. There are even some of these groups listed as terrorist organizations by the FBI. PETA has been investigated and is being watched closely. These people do far less for wildlife and animals than any hunter does each year. A little light reading... Good article. It almost doesn't surprise me they are affiliated with groups like that. They are so misguided and blinded by their false beliefs that they will resort to things like that to get what i guess they think is results. Also that cecil the lion video ive shown to a few people and its hard to disagree with the guys, and they also dont just bash anti hunters either they have a very two sided discussion. I guess i just wish hunters wouldnt all get painted with the same brush as we do alot of the time.
I think that raising my kids to raise and butcher animals has lead to them having a better grasp of what life is and how it works. I know it makes them more logical adults, not learning the circle of life from a Disney movie.

I thought that was already well known. There are two types of animal rights people. The misinformed or the Ricky Gervais type. One is worth sitting down and explaining to, while the other is a lost cause.
As a dairy farmer, I could write a very long rant about misleading "under cover" videos, outright lies published in propaganda materials, and the newest trend of consumer groups and restaurant chains dictating how I can and can't care for my animals.
