Season opener here in 2B tomorrow! I have to go into work in the AM (unfortunately) but hope to go out for the afternoon hunt.

Small buck and 2 doe this am. Going back out tonight, prob gonna take a doe if given the chance.

 

Two more doe this evening, both yearlings. I’ll be out Monday evening.

 

Wasn’t PA but dad and I doubled up this morning in MD on some does!!

Mudshark, it was nice to finally meet you today. sure was nice to get some last minute practice in before hunting starts. it's been 18 years since i've shot 3d and i realized how much i used to enjoy it. looks like next year we will be coming down more often for your shoots. my son now has the bug and he's been shooting most all day since we got home. i'm surprised his arm hasn't fallen off yet. so looks like i'm now on a quest to find him a bow, so if any of you guys know of a mission menace or equivalent let me know. he is 9 so something that he can grow with for a few years. any of you guys get up in our area chris has a very good course to shoot. it is definitely worth your time.

Got a doe tonight guys. Was packing up and heard one coming, came to 16yds and couldn’t resist. Was a busy night, saw mom and yearlings and some button bucks. No bone tonight, gonna put the smoker to use this week with some fresh snack Sticks!
