I've taken two deer so far with fixed blade Hellrazors and one blew through both shoulder blades shooting 75# with 425 grain finished arrows...that broadhead is still perfect too. I don't even worry about the whole mess anymore of fixed vs mechs...the Hellrazors just don't break and fly perfect for me. I finally tuned my blades with my fletchings and everything just fell in place. From the way that shot looked, I'm not sure there's any way, short of completely missing vitals, that penetration will ever be an issue with fixed. The hole was also bigger than my 30-06 generally leaves, even bloodshot meat...crazy. I'm just not a fan of many mechanicals period.
