I'm fairly new to bowhunting, but my peep sight is too high and is already served on the bow string. How can I have this adjusted? Can I just take it to Bass Pro or any other bow shop for them to adjust it?

Yes you can take it to a bow shop and they will adjust it for you for a couple bucks.

If it is "served" in then you can take the serving off and move it then re-tie it in. If there are just a knot above and below the peep then you should be able to slide all three down. If you need help re-tieing the peep feel free to give me a shout and I can walk you through it. It is very simple. If it needs to be moved a fair amount then you probably have to take it to a friend or a shop with a press so that they/you can put a twist or two in/out of the string to make sure your peep lines back up.
