Mechdoc was supposed to hunt with me this morning but working second shift has made it hard on him. I understand because working 12-9 makes it hard to get up sometimes for me. Here is where the payback comes in!! My neighbor that took me to Brown County wanted to hunt this morning but I told him I had already committed to taking my homie and hunting pal Mechdoc.

The wife is making some crabcakes as we speak and once my belly is full I am heading back out and hunting the stand that Mechdoc hunts out of. I plan to take a Doe or nice buck as Payback for sleeping in today!!!

Is my plan evil or would you do the same?

Crik, I new you would be in agreement! I am hoping the 150 class ten comes through. I have only hunted Doc's stand twice this year and passed on does and small bucks, but haven't seen any big bucks yet. I have shot over 500" of antler out of his tree though and it has been known to be a good late November stand!!

Doc, you can still go out tomorrow morning, my neighbor Mike has penciled himself in for Thursday morning and maybe Friday;)

Thanks for your support, on a side note it looks like I might be hunting Jo Daviess a little next year so we have to hook up!

I think since he doesn't seem to want to use it I would be more then happy to roadtrip over and occupy it for awhile. Since he took his buck already anyways I was next on the list from what I was told! LOL

    I'd hunt from it too.

Then I'd get about a dozen rakes and put them all at the base of the tree laying down.. but covered with leaves.

Then next time ole' MECHDOC went out to his stand he'd step on one and KAPOW! Right in the kisser!

    Now thats funny.:d

I was nice and left him a couple of hooks on the rope since he was stuck tying a loop with a not to pull up his rig. All I saw was a dang Forkhorn, once again I can't get a doe in range!!!!:bash: :bash: :bash: :bash: !!

You guys are Brutal!!:evil:I want to hunt every morning out at the Raceway but this 3 hours sleep a day is really burnin me out.I should be getting back on a regular work schedule soon so I can start hunting more.I think Fergus should hunt my stand next.He can clear the rake traps for me and he will have a present on the seat waiting for him when he is done:d . I dont tie loops in my pull up rope.I tie a quick cinch knot. That was left from Camo500 or the bricklayer. Thanks for the hooks though.

Maybe we should leave you a pair of Mossy Oak panties with matching skirt and halter, hahahahaha. Can't take Ferg, he is chasing the dream in West Virginia.
