I'm no fan of Obama but imo, that's no different than any other man saying that their stay at home wife should get payed. Mountain out of a mole hill. He's speaking to woman. He was just getting brownie points from the crowd and at home. I don't think he was serious,if so,then he is way out of line. She wasn't elected to do a darn thing. Actually I wish she would stop doing what she is doing.Him too for that matter.
Pandering to women. He would do anything to bail himself out of his current situation and get reelected. He cant run on his record of accomplishments and the nation is in bad shape so creating hookum and fluff is whats left. SWEET!
