Not much to comment on, this has been replayed thousands of times since its been out. Yes he is articulate, yes is was/is correct about most of the BS provisions of the bill, and yes he lost. The bill passed and now we can collectively bend over....to empty our wallets even more.

But if they get the presidency and senate, we can get this horrible bill repealed.

    Its about votes.

For those who aren't very familiar with him... me, for instance, the video provides a pretty good snap shot of the guy and how he thinks. From what I saw in the video, he will make Biden run away crying in a VP debate.

Point well taken. Paul is a VERY bright down to earth individual who has great handle on where we as a county need to go in a fiscal sense. I have a lot of faith in him, even more so after speaking with him awhile back. From
my point of view he is the bright spot on this ticket and my only question is can he win and if he does can he politically accomplish enough to make a difference. The Obamacare abortion is already in place, taking it back will be almost impossible. I hope I am proved wrong.

I watched parts of that bipartisan conference (its in part 4 on Youtube if you're interested). IMHO Obama was even a bit dumbfounded in his rebuttal.

Ryan is a smart guy no doubt.

To overturn the law, the presidential election (should) play less a role than changes in the congress-specifically the senate.

I feel much better about Romney's choice now. I do wonder if overturning the HC Law should be downplayed a bit. He said: (paraphrased) "We all acknowledge there is a crisis in the healthcare business... this just isn't the right answer." Many people are glad to see a plan enacted and may mistake talk of repealing the plan (wrongly) as we are going back to the way things were. That may alienate a large group of swing voters. JMO
