Penn State made money as children were being molested. That money made under that veil of secrecy should be forfeited. It's as illegal as owning child pornography only the actual acts of sexual deprivation took place on the campus.

Those students that attended PS is just a victim as the kids were 15 years ago...and that college responsibility to fix and that's going to cost money serious money.

those students that were duped into playing for Penn State should be allowed to go to other institutions that are comparable to what they are attending now they can't help that they were conned. The school should pay full restitution to those students that spent money and apart of the Penn State program.

I wonder if that was many of those that keep making excuses to protect Paterno if they were your kids would you feel the same.

A man's office no more than 20ft. from his office and he didn't hear or see nothing? That's a load of crap!

Lest not forget the college gave Paterno his 10 million dollar retirement basically thank you....and Sandusky given Emeritus Status with a pension of over $200,000 dollars a year.

No amount of money can give those kids now adults their dignity back, but that college should be made an example of for choosing the wrong path to follow.

Should Penn State pay in some fashion? Yes. Should their athletic department be shut down because of this? No. The parties still living that are responsible should be held accountable and barred from serving in any NCAA school. I feel any punishment to PS should be through the court system (civil lawsuits) and not the NCAA. All I'm saying is it should not rise to the level of the death penalty for the program.
