Yes I love it! Share a few texts with buddies, family. Play Texas Holdem, cruise the internet.

I generally get in early for afternoon sits. The smart phone keeps me from swivel necking during these down-times. My eyes and ears still search the woods.

I too can share my location with my wife with a free app called "life in Pocket" a great app with many uses GPS, maps etc.

We only broadcast 3 hours in the am and 3 in the PM.
There was 1 half day rain out and another half day that our stands(on public land) were sorrounded by hunters.Other than that we have been broadcasting everyday...I will be back out again this afternoon @ 4pm- 7 (2 of us actually) in a spot where I saw a buck and 4 doe and a spike yesterday on public land.Hopefully we will see you there.

I hope you're right. I watched 4 different bucks work a single scrape one morning a few years ago.

    Good luck with him.

Deer share scrapes- that is how the communicate- doe and buck do.
It might help ya to learn a little about all of this.If you see him in the same area, set up 30 or so yards from the scrape and find out where he beds and feeds.THe season here is on so it might be late to patern him.Just stay close to the doe, he will too.

thanks they have been seeing him cause their not hunting him and thats why im not. if it is another buck ill shoot him to first come first serve. Today I was hunting where they have been seeing him seen a big doe with a fawn and a spike but let them go to produce more big deer. but I heard another deer walking inside the woodline and the squirrels started raising cain but it wouldnt show im thinking it was him. I believe I seen him running a doe last year he was about 18 inches wide and had good g2 and g3s

Just found out about this one, www.filmon.com it lets you watch live tv on your phone. Doesn't have a whole lot of channels, but does have FOX, CBS and NBC could make it a little easier in stand on NFL sundays, seems to be California locality of the stations. Works pretty good on the iphone, but I have yet to try it while in stand. It's not an app so should work on all smartphones?

Here's an app I thought was interesting. I don't know if I want to spend $2.99 just to see how well it works though.
