Got out to do some fishing in the Turtle Lake WI area with good friends Mike and Dan Pearson. We drug leeches on the bottom in 7-12 FOW and caught a pile of fish and got a little too much sun :bash:

    EWWWW a bass !

Nice work men. I wish I could say that I was passing the time that way. New house, selling old house, and chasing a 2 year old while doing it all is making this off season move along nicely.

You and 99% of my fellow Minnesotans who think bass are nothing more than a carp. Bass are God's gift to fisherman! I'd take those big gills any day of the week too, awesome!

Bluegill is right up there with my favorite fish to eat. Looks like a lot of fun.

The water level in the pond is way too high for me to be fishing right now.
