Ok I know one is compound and one is recurve but I narrowed it down to those two I havent shot the matrix but I really like the excals they are super quiet and light and the new matrix is lighter and not as wide. I really alos liked the parker F4 tornado felt really nice with the dura touch and had a good trigger what should I do one to pop on one befoe the season is over??

I would definitely have to go with the Excalibur on this. I shoot a Equinox myself. Just for the simple fact alone that you can field repair or change strings out in the field where as with the Parker it requires a bowpress was the biggest seller or me. I can strip down my Equinox to the Bone in the field and fix pretty much anything that could go wrong with it. Excalibur Crossbows have proven to me that if I have an accident in the field, cut string or what not my hunt isnt over. I can fix it on the spot.
