Have any of you had any problems with Parker Bows customer service. I ordered a cam module from them a week ago and have not received it yet. The customer service rep straight out lied to me about the eta of my part.

I have had great luck with there customer service. My son used to shoot a Parker hunter mag. A screw in the module sheared off mid draw and the bow came apart. I called Parker, they installed new limbs, string, and cam module for $00000. It just cost me shipping to get it to them. The bow is now his full time bowfishing rig.

Last year I took a shot at a buck and hit the cam on my tree stand. This damaged my cam and was not usable. I contacted Parker and explained what had happened completely putting all of the blame on me. They said that it was not covered under warranty because it was not a manufacture defect. But then he said what they will do is fix my bow for just the cost of shipping! I was back in the woods after a week with my repaired bow at the cost of whatever UPS charged. So I am satisfied with their customer service.
