Dang I know a guy that just bought a Parker, he is the kind of guy that is going to melt down when he hears this.

I can see a couple other companies heading in that direction. The archery industry is way saturated.

Too bad. I had a couple Parkers over the years and really liked the bows.

That was the problem really. We all "used" to have one, nobody was buying new ones though. I am guilty of that, I liked the one I had all those years ago, but I never bought a second one. I see a lot of posts on forums saying it's shame and they always liked them, but none of those posters have a Parker in their signature. It's hard for a company to stay in business that way.

Guilty as charged. I still have a Parker in the basement alongside my Bowtech but haven't bought any bow in the last 12 years.

Never got to try any of the new parkers after i got mine. Shop never carried there flagship bows. Only one he has now is there newer entry level bow. Think its the revolution. Its a shame they went under there flagship bow this year looked real nice and at a good price.

I have never seen one on a shelf, the closest retailer is 1.5hrs away from me. Sad, but they have to be accessible to the consumer.

I love mine I think they made a great product at an awesome price but did not do a well enough job promoting it. Just like everyone is saying here they like theirs but they didnt repurchase, Parker couldnt keep up with staying relevant in the consumers mind. Definitely a bummer the lifetime warranty was a big selling point for me.

That could be said for a lot of companies. You could drive hours just to shoot some small companies bow , but on the way pass dozens of shops all carrying the same top 3 bow companies.

My first new bow was the Parker Blackhawk, in 2010 I think. Still shooting it today.
