Got some paracord delivered today from Paracord Planet (USA made, sold on Amazon). Got a few assorted colors to try my hand at a few small projects, the first being a wrist sling in green and black.

Took a couple hours to get it all right (I needed a refresher on paracord braids/weaves). This is a single cobra weave over a diamond braid. The cobra weave is half black half 'viper' color and the diamond braid is three stands black and one strand neon green. :)

Next will probably be a duck / goose call lanyard for a friend. Might try a different weave for that one.

Awesome my buddy made me a survival bracelet. I think I'm going to have to try some of this. Looks good. Like the colors.

    Looks good man. Nice job.

I'm not interested in learning how to do these so I have mine made. Here are 2 I had done and need to go pick up.

    Thanks everyone :)

No once you get going it's just a matter of keeping at the pattern. Search for "project bow - diy wrist slings" on YouTube. The guy is relatively easy to follow. Part one is the diamond braid and part two is the cobra weave.

The diamond braid is a little more tricky and easier to get mixed up but like anything it just takes a little practice. The cobra weave is what you see most bracelets made from and is easy. Just make sure you have plenty of paracord and some patience!

    Looks good.

I always bought my slings from Archery Zone until my wife started making them. Next time try 60X in Pa. He had the best prices when we bought paracord.

My cell phone takes horrible pictures but here ya go, two she made me.
