I want to paint my bow sight, the bar on my string stop, and my stabilizer. Which would be the best paint to use?

Are you looking to spray paint them? If so, I'd start with a primer. Then use an indoor/outdoor spray paint, and finish them with a clear lacquer. Many light coats is better than one heavy coat..
