    Sorry I mean when you are taken on a pic of ground you don't own.. Not illegal because you are paying for the privage of trespass
    On private ground.

    After some horrible experience with people I let come on my ground to fish and swim I no longer let anyone trespass. Glad to be selling out of that pic of ground this spring. To many liabilities involved.

    I was pretty much talking about the ad's you see online or in the back of a magazine ad. Advertising guided shed hunts, lodging, food and ect! I was mot even aware of tresspass fee's
