this is very interesting. there are a few other lawsuits going on right now pointed directly at the NCAA as well. I think the definition of "student athlete" will be changing in the next few years.

I am sure they say the practice schedule and game time is under 20 hours. all of the extra stuff is "voluntary". High school sports are the same way with "open gyms" yet as a player you know that if you don't show up you don't play!
20 hours a week? That's a joke! My high school football team had 3 hour practices plus lifting after, games were 4-8 hour depending on home vs away, and we had to watch film and have lunch with the coaches to go over plays... Easily 30 hours a week Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
