They were saying on ESPN radio yesterday, that those close to Warner say that he feels like he has some unfinished business left here, and didn't like the terms he left under. He also calls St. Louis his home, and with the Rams most likely taking Bradford in the upcoming draft, they are going to want a veteran QB to mentor him....much like Kurt did with Marc Bulger, Eli Manning, and Matt Leinart. Problem is though, the Rams O-Line (or lack of), would probably mean Warner lives his life out in a wheelchair...he would get killed back there. Also I see NO WAY that Arizona let's Warner out of his contract, especially to a division rival.
