There's been a pretty good debate going in on our Blog about the PA archery season being opened up to crossbows this fall. Just curious to know what you guys think of this? http://www.bowhunting.com/blog/post/2009/01/27/Pennsylvania-to-allow-crossbows.aspx
In not sure, but New Jersey might do it next year too. It is still in the legislature. NJ Fish and Wildlife had two big articles in the annual rule book about possible allowing horizontals next year. I'll keep you guys updated.
