Berwick, do you live near the little town of Central in Sullivan county? Just curious. Oh, you joined this site on my birthday. :tu:

Yes, I go past Bloomsburg to get to my fishing area. I love that area!

I stand corrected, the town of Central is still in Columbia county. I used to stay at the Fishing Creek Lodge there, then do my fishing up in SGL 13, which is Sullivan county, only a half mile away. Used to be great wild trout fishing, I haven't been up there recently.

Youre using a bit of rhetorical slight of hand.

The safety point was that its safer to go into the the woods on the particular days no shooting is allowed (a point which you yourself acknowledge.)
Some people like having those days.

They have them all year! I know ppl will be quick to show the exception to this but not that many ppl make a custom out of random walks thru the woods when its nice out, let alone in late fall to winter.

You can hunt coyote on Sunday all year round, but not deer with a bow. Makes tons of sense

It's because we consider coyotes a varmint and not a game animal. There is no season on them.
