Thanks hope you get some luck this weekend. Definitely makes it better when you see something. I might head back out this Saturday and try to fill my doe tags.

Thanks! I'd love to even fill a doe tag. Supposed to be cold weather up here - so hopefully they get moving!

Well, my hit lister I posted was killed...by my husband. He's a lucky hunter, sheesh! I surely don't have any of that!

I finally got a decent buck during daylight hours right under my stand. The only thing I was at home waiting for my fiance to get off work so I could take her out, it's her first year hunting. The only plus side is an hour into our hunt she made a thirty yard double lung shot on her first deer an it ran about 25 yards! Very proud of her!

Getting that 1st deer with a bow is a great feeling. Good job for her! Keep chasing your buck, you still have a week yet.

I'm thinking about using some scents this coming week, many a drag on the way in and one of those tinks spray cans throughout the day while I'm in the stand. We have not hunted the stand for over a week, I'm thinking about pulling an all day hunt there tomorrow.

Anyone else using scents with any luck and what and how are you using them?

These are some great looking PA buck. Getting me super excited for my return to the woods next year. Haven't hunted in about 9 years.
