PSA: PA hunting licenses are now available. It is a good time to grab DMAP tags if you hunt public land. I grabbed my tags on Monday and am now ready to get fired up again about the upcoming season. I'll break out the bow shortly and get to practicing.

Elk in PA? Where? Interesting as we now have elk in some places in TN. Tags are rare.

We applied for archery and regular...is the third the anterless only one?

Our tags are rare, too. All a drawing. Some beautiful elk though. If you ever want to vacation - early-mid September in Benezette is amazing. Though to get a cabin you have to reserve like a year in advance.
