@ Powerhawk11 I found Bow hunt or Die on my roku and then became a member on here I think I watched from season one until current in less than a week , just watched the newest one last night. Anyone else think they should do a show every week?

@ HoytHunter342 I am from Northumberland , but hunt Union , Lycoming , Northumberland , and use to hunt Clinton a lot.

Last few years in my area it seems the rut hit the week after season closes. Plenty smaller bucks chasing early nov but get way more camera pictures of mature bucks when season closes. Stinks. But either way, you cant do wrong being in stand in nov.

Does anyone else think that our season comes in too late?

Deer doesn't bother me too much (other than the wait) because mine around here are mainly traveling through corn/bean fields - which makes it tough until later. However, spring gobbler, we start about two weeks too late every year!

I hate that it comes in later but I still think it's a good time. PA has a lot of hunters and adding another month to a season would do more harm than good. IMO.

Saw nothing in the morning. It was rainy and very windy. Thought with the rain ending they'd be up and moving. Went back out at 3. Didn't see a thing until 645. Saw a little basket 6 point and something that I didn't catch.

My husband saw a brute of a 6 point (his words) 4 high one side 2 on the other - tried to get closer and it got up and walked the opposite direction. He was walking through a golden rod field in the morning when he saw it. He also had a smaller eight point.

I wont get back out until Friday evening. Work ruins hunting fun.

Saw a spike and a forkhorn the first morning. Had a nice 8 come out into the bean field tonight. No shot but great to be seeing some bucks!

Exactly. Gotta be happy that they are moving a good bit during daylight hours this early.

Is anybody finding rubs and or scrapes yet here in the Keystone State? I haven't come across any yet.

Nope. Then again, I don't get an overabundance of scraping activity on my property. They're usually here for a relatively small period in time (seeking phase/rut), then that's it.

20ish yards from my stand. That's my husbands hand for reference.
