Any fool could see that was the entire gist of the thread (that ANY baiting was allowed in PA). What else would it be?

Maybe not everyone, but the idea may be the best you have had.

That would be like starting a thread on farmer permits in Ohio, or even metropark snipers...yea, it happens. But less then 1% even get to entertain the thought of doing it :violin:

Less than 1% of people in OH are allowed to farm?

    Hell, that's news!

You're transparent, Siman.....as is the rest of the band.

I used to think that being transparent was actually a good thing. But then the Obama administration said they were going to be the most transparent administration ever. So, now I'm thinking its actually bad. This can only lead me to one conclusion......Siman, you have been insulted. (my best shock/horror face here).

By the way Siman, what instrument do you play?

What style do you play that thing? Classical, Bluegrass, Irish fiddle, Dixie Rock???

Because if you can Rock it Southern Style, there is room on the tour bus for sure. Smoke a little smoke, drink a little drink......just trying to keep it transparent dude.

To keep the debate a bit more relevant, the discussion would probably go further if it was about why such a small and highly specialized expiremental group was used, rather than the fact that it was allowed, then disallowed when 99% of the states own hunters could never take advantage of it. Don't get me wrong, I'd be against a state wide baiting inclusion, but I would have like to have seen it kept & expanded to all SRA's(special regulation areas)

You guys need to get that guy from Fletch's college to write you another grammy winner.

You remember the one......the one that wrote the song that Vince Gill stole from him.....lol?

You may not believe this....but that wasn't Neil Armstrong who walked on the moon. That was Fletch.
