Pa. Buck Re-Mount

    I shot this Pa. P&Y in 2003 and the taxidermist I used at the time lost my cape during shipping to the tannery. The replacement cape he got looked like a southern doe and the antlers were at the wrong angle. In 2011 my buddy shot a nice buck in southern Ohio and he did not want to mount it. I caped out the head and stuck it in the freezer. My buddy does my taxidermist work now and does his capes in house, about three weeks ago I pulled it out of the freezer and said lets finally redo my buck. I could not be happier. Its a 21 inch neck Mckenzie 6900 semi sneak. Here is a before and a few after pics. He finally did this buck some justice

    Oh yeah...............that second mount looks awesome! That big boy deserved better, and I'm happy for you that you were able to provide the look he deserves. VERY nice!
