Steve, as I'm still in the process of researching, I can only guesstimate right now. I'm hoping I can do it all (and again a lot depends on what price you can get on your cam, and what cam you use) for around $250.
I will definitely be following your progress. I would love to do an IR cam that doesn't have cotton candy daytime pics.
