P&Y scoring question

    If it is not officially considered a point unless it is at least 1" in length, would you get deducted from abnormal 'points' less than 1" in length?

    For example, if you had a sticker 7/8" in length, do you deduct that?

    Just a little unclear...

    It has to be an Inch but It also has to be longer then It's wider.

    If your phone used the android market there is a free app for scoring your deer. It will do all of the necessary deductions for you.

    Does anyone know a scorer in the lower part of Michigan like Hillsdale, Lenewee, or Jackson county? Im getting mine done after 60 days
