Like every other workout regimen/routine it will work if you do it. Nothing works if you stop when you get tired or quit the regimen after a month or so.

The good is it really is a full workout. You hit everything, I love this work out. Blood hit most of it and you will need at least a full hour(if not more) six days a week.

Just finished week 2 of round 2 for P90X.

I did my first round from May through Aug. Did maint to get me through archery and hit it hard again.

I found round one to be amazing. It's well worth it ONLY if you put 100% into it, like anything else.

Part way through round one people started really noticing. The compliments kept coming.

It is a GREAT workout, highly recommend it. Without a doubt you will get results, but you must stick to it and have a high protein/low fat diet or else it is all in vain

It's an intense workout. If you are out of shape I would starting with P90 not P90X. The X is the extreme workout. P90 is a 90 day workout just like P90X but is meant for those of us that need to start out easy and work out way up. I did P90 several years ago and lost 30lbs in 3 months. But I would recommend the system to anyone who wants to get in awesome shape.

Any type of fitness is good for you. If this keeps you motivated to go back the next day then by all means go for it. The key for this and any kind of cardio and strength training is two things - make it part of your routine and keep it simple. The first few times are always the hardest but eventually you will find that the exercise will give you a sense of satisfaction after your done.

Is it a good workout? Yes, if you do it.

Is it worth the money? No, because you can find everything he tells you on the internet for free.
