Ozone Machine for Gear Bins

    Hey @Justin - on the Huntstand podcast you mentioned putting an ozone machine in your gear tote. I was curious what one you are using? Thanks!

    yup, liked to hear more .... I'm worried about deterioration of elastic and the such ... I use a small plugin in the truck, not sure how effective it is, but I use it ... :confused:

    the problem, just about every piece of clothing has elastic, base layers, socks, outerwear/cuffs, etc. ...

    You'd be surprised - it's really just the undergarments, and mostly just the pants with elastic waists. I'm able to ozone almost all of my clothing when I need to. Although I do prefer to just wash it when I can. Ozone is my go-to for anything that I can't put in the wash - like my backpack, bino harness, saddle, etc.

    I also don't go crazy with it. I know guys that ozone all their gear an hour before and after every hunt. I image that amount of ozone will damage just about anything in time. I use it for maybe 30 minutes at a pop, maybe once a week.
